Celebrated Trees

Join us for a unique tree walk exploring the trees that have shaped myths, traditions, and cultural narratives for centuries. From the mighty oaks of folklore to the symbolic maples and willows found in art and literature, we’ll uncover the stories behind these revered species and their significance in human history. As we walk among their living counterparts in Syracuse’s landscape, we’ll reflect on how these trees continue to inspire and connect us to the natural world.
