Goggles are not permitted for the following levels unless required with a medical note: Little Swimmer, Seahorse, Goldfish and Bullfrog.

lessons will be CANCELLED when the City of Syracuse School district CLOSES FOR A SNOWDAY, and when they CANCEL AFTERSCHOOL ACTIVITIES.

WE WILL NOT BE CONTACTING YOU ABOUT THE CLOSURES OR CANCELATIONS OF LESSON.

Department Refund Policy:
Aquatics programs must be submitted ten (10) days from the start of the program for a full refund, less the $5.00 processing fee. Please be advised that credit card transaction fees will not be refunded in any case. Refunds may take 2-4 weeks to be processed.
